A Collier man received 23 years in prison Monday following accusations that he had a 5-year-old girl perform oral sex on him. Bradley Hintz, 49, of an unlisted address, pleaded no contest to sexual assault charges stemming from his arrest in March 2013. Hintz also received five years of probation following his release and will be deemed a sexual predator. Investigators said the girl disclosed to a relative that Hintz told her to perform sex acts on him while alone together. In graphic detail, the girl recounted the sex acts to a child advocacy investigator. Hintz admitted to the relative that he had the girl perform the acts on him, an arrest report said. The Daily News is withholding information about the relationship between Hintz and the victim to protect the identity of a sexual abuse victim. Hintz’s address and  the location of the     assaults was redacted from his arrest report.
